Our cedar barrel sauna sits directly on the Provincetown harbor — open year-round, rain or shine. The spacious sauna features a window that overlooks the water, boats, and pier. Between the rounds of heat, plunge into the healing ocean salt water or our cedar & stainless steel cold plunge tank.

Our sauna and cold plunge are a fully outdoor experience — salt air, open sky, and the harbor as your backdrop.
Prior to May 15th, guests also have access to the indoor studio lounge for stretching and relaxing between rounds.
We recommend arriving in your swimsuit and coming prepared — restroom access inside the studio may be limited during yoga sessions.

Group Private — $350
Reserve the entire sauna exclusively for your group for 60 minutes. Perfect for celebrations, dates, or groups of 6 or more.

Our 6:30 and 7:30pm sessions are the perfect way to decompress after a day in Provincetown — catch golden hour, the full sunset over the harbor, or the quiet of dusk settling over the bay as the town slows down around you.
