Join Raf & Chase for The Yoga Joint’s first-ever local retreat over Spooky Bear Weekend! Fall into seasonal rhythm with practice, meditation, delicious food, and community. This is a divine time to visit Provincetown, with crisp ocean air, changing leaves, and a cozy town vibe.

Together, we’ll flow through daily meditation and breathwork sessions, yoga practices—both energizing and restorative—hikes through the dunes, and shared nourishing meals prepared by Matthew Pidge an organic chef. Other highlights include a picturesque bayside sauna with ocean dips and a sound bath by the talented Myra Kooy.

Connect with fellow participants through shared meals and afternoon activities, fostering community and new friendships.

Meet Chase & Raf

Raf Swiader is a New York fashion designer for his brand R.Swiader. Raf's personal journey began over 20 years ago, with the intention of creating balance and holistic well-being. Raf embarked on a transformative journey to Bali where he obtained his yoga teacher certification. His daily sadhana practice includes pranayama, kriya, and meditation. Raf’s dedication and daily commitment, transformed both, his personal and professional life, sparking a desire to share the profound benefits of yoga with others. His classes lay emphasis on accessibility and authenticity. Raf teaches yoga at The Broome Street Yoga and Sky Ting in New York City.

Chase Alexander is a passionate and curious yogi from the Midwest, with exploratory interest in vinyasa, ritual creation, and contemplative practices. He’s studied the practice in Guatemala, New York, Spain, and Nebraska, and directed studios in Iowa, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Other passions include travel, community building, design, wellness entrepreneurship, and simple living by the sea. Chase currently resides in Provincetown, MA, where he runs The Yoga Joint, teaches group classes, and leads privates .
